The MOLO Restaurant will impress you not only with its style and views of the surrounding lake, but especially with its excellent gastronomy and service. Its peaceful atmosphere invites you to stay longer and enjoy the degustation menu of chef David Šašek accompanied by wine pairing by our sommelier. For those who do not drink alcohol, the pairing will be based on non-alcoholic mini cocktails prepared by our bartender.

Our executive chef David Šašek has had an impressive career, which he has pursued in leading international and Prague five-star hotels and "haute cuisine" restaurants. He has gained experience alongside the best chefs in his field, such as Siegfried Vidovic, Zdenek Pohlreich, Robert Webster and Laurent Gras, who is now one of the world's top chefs. We are thrilled to be working with David, who creates unforgettable gourmet experiences for visitors to MOLO restaurants. David uses mainly domestic ingredients and meat from Czech farms and is a fan of the zero-waste lifestyle. "I prepare most of the meats using the Sous Vide method", says David Šašek, Executive Chef of MOLO Restaurant and continues; "The result is consistently pink, perfectly tender and juicy meat with excellent flavour." David is one of the pioneers of this cooking method in our country, which he started 18 years ago. The quality of the meat he prepares has been endorsed by the famous French chef Marc Veyrat.

 

David is also a frequent personal chef to world celebrities. On all of Madeleine Albright's visits to the Czech Republic, he has always been personally responsible for her menu, he has prepared Morgan Freeman's private dinner for his 70th birthday, catered for the US President Bill Clinton, personally cooked for celebrities such as Gérard Depardieu, Bobby McFerrin, Nigel Kennedy, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Charlotte Le Bon, Plácido Domingo and many others.
