MOLO Restaurant
The MOLO Restaurant will impress you not only with its style and views of the surrounding lake, but especially with its excellent gastronomy and service. Its peaceful atmosphere invites you to stay longer and enjoy the degustation menu of chef David Šašek paired with wine - our somelier will happily help you choose the one that suits you the best. For those who do not drink alcohol, the pairing will be based on non-alcoholic mini cocktails prepared by our bartender.
The menu includes elements of world cuisine and modern trends, incorporating also inspiration from the ingredients and atmosphere of South Bohemia, such as freshwater fish, fresh vegetables and meat from local farmers. The special „by the market“ offer will include seafood and fish.

Upon entering the MOLO Restaurant, you will be enchanted by the beautiful interior with unique design elements, which were created according to the original design of the respected architect Nadia Pizinger from the Morix studio. She has created an exceptional space that accentuates the surrounding water features and views in a luxurious space.
